The Christmas rose, helleborus niger, which I kept in pots on my porch during the holidays and am looking forward to planting out in the garden soon. It is the earliest of the hellebores, must of which begin blooming for me in February.
This tiny bud vase is one I made several years ago and will make again (minus the handles because 3:4 of them broke before firing). If I can do something fiddly I sure will try, but that level of failure actually got through to me.
